Gluten Free Pancakes with Cassava Flour
Pancakes without the sacrifice of taste! You will be left with a light, fluffy and incredibly tasty pancakes that are Gluten and Dairy Free!

Serves 2 people.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of AKN Organics Cassava flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 1/4 cups of milk(lactose-free)
- 1 egg
Method
- Mix up the cassava flour with baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the oil, milk, and egg. Mix them together until combined.
- Allow the mixture to rest for 7-15 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan and grease with dairy-free butter or coconut oil.
- Pour a portion of batter onto the frying pan(depending on how big you like your cakes)
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface and flip it.
